Barista Training

Top Dog & Springboard Employability Programme.
We are very proud supporters of the Springboard charity, which helps people develop skills and find employment within the hospitality and tourism sector. As well as our financial contribution through sales of our own Top Dog coffee blend, we are supporting the charity with an exciting barista skills programme and competition.
We’ll be running quarterly training events with Springboard throughout the year, after which the winners from each session will enter our final. The ultimate champion will be crowned Caffeine’s Top Dog and will be offered a job with one of our partners, a guest blend named after them, and a bundle of coffee goodies to take home.
